About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and well-spoken Relationship Executive to handle client communication, conduct venue visits, support sales, and ensure the property is well-maintained and presented professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries, communication, and follow-ups.
Conduct venue/property tours and explain facilities and offerings.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Manage leads and support conversions/bookings.
Assist in achieving sales targets.
Regularly inspect the property for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Ensure the property is always client-ready and well-presented.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Confident, presentable, and client-friendly personality.
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ownership.
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer relations, or property management is a plus.
Freshers with excellent communication and a sales-oriented mindset can apply.
