IT Support Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Mode: In office

Joining: Immediate Joiner

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply)

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT and desktop support to employees.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals .
Configure and troubleshoot official email accounts on Outlook and other email applications.
Provide support for Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Troubleshoot basic network, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity-related issues .
Provide remote IT support to employees working from different locations.
Maintain and update the IT asset register , including laptops, desktops, accessories, and other equipment.
Handle IT asset allocation, handover, recovery, and basic tracking .
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including system and email setup.
Install and configure required software and applications.
Maintain proper records of IT issues,



assets, and support activities.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
Ensure systems are properly updated and basic IT security practices are followed.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting .
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 .
Knowledge of Outlook and email configuration/troubleshooting .
Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, IP, DNS, and networking .
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting .
Understanding of IT asset management .
Ability to provide remote support and troubleshoot issues independently .
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and handle different IT-related requirements.

Education
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and practical skills may also be considered.
