We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Technician to support the day-to-day technology operations of our wellness and healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, office staff, and management.
Install and update software, antivirus, and system security tools.
Maintain patient data systems, backups, and basic network security.
Support online meetings, digital marketing activities, and website/social media technical requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software maintenance when required.
Ensure smooth functioning of the internet, communication, and digital record systems.

Requirements




Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.
Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, CCTV, and software troubleshooting.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hospital, wellness, or office IT support is preferred.
Ability to work responsibly and respond quickly to technical issues.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
