Key Responsibilities.

Create visual content for social media posts, LinkedIn hiring creatives, banners, and ads.

n

- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email creatives.
n
- Support branding requirements for internal and external communication.
n
- Edit and resize creatives as per platform requirements.
n
- Collaborate with the marketing, recruitment, and BD teams for design needs.
n
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
n
- Assist in basic video editing or motion graphics (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

n

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
n
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
n
- Understanding of social media design formats
n
- Good attention to detail and creativity
n
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced workplace
