Role:

Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for leading a small development team while actively developing and maintaining enterprise applications. The role involves full-stack development, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.
Work across backend, frontend, database, API, and integration layers.
