Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery products and trends.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Manage inventory and assist with stock control.
Ensure displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
Participate in sales events and promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed sales records.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years as a Sales Executive (preferably who worked in a branded jewellery store previously).
