Surface and visual inspection
Prepare samples for laboratory testing as per defined procedures.
Operate and maintain laboratory/testing equipment properly.
Record test results accurately in Lab Reports, Test Certificates, Registers, and ERP/Excel systems.
Ensure testing is carried out according to SOPs, customer specifications, and applicable standards.
Check and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Support calibration and verification of laboratory equipment.
Identify and report abnormal or out-of-specification test results to the QC/QA Engineer or Manager.
Maintain proper identification and traceability of samples.
Maintain laboratory housekeeping and follow 5S / 6S practices.




Follow all applicable safety procedures and PPE requirements inside the laboratory and plant.
Assist the QC team during customer inspections, third-party inspections, and audits.
Maintain proper records of chemicals, samples, test reports, and laboratory consumables.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for investigation of quality issues.

Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in Tube / Steel / Metal / Pipe Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
