Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory investigations as assigned.
Receive, identify, label, and process patient specimens according to established procedures.
Ensure correct sample collection, transportation, storage, and disposal.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, analyzers, and instruments.
Perform hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, serology, microbiology, or other investigations as per assigned section and competency.
Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory tests.
Verify test results and immediately communicate critical or abnormal values to the concerned Pathologist / Doctor / Laboratory In-Charge.
Maintain accurate records of test results, worksheets, registers, and laboratory documentation.




Perform internal quality control procedures and participate in external quality assurance programs as applicable.
Monitor reagent stock, expiry dates, calibration status, and consumables.
Report equipment malfunction, reagent issues, or quality-related problems to the Laboratory In-Charge.
Ensure proper calibration, preventive maintenance, and daily operational checks of equipment.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the laboratory.
Follow infection-control, biomedical waste management, and occupational safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
