Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor critical utilities such as compressors, STP, AHU, and related systems.
Maintain equipment maintenance records, downtime reports, SOPs, and schedules.
Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares.
Coordinate AMC renewals, external service providers, and maintenance contractors.
Supervise electrical, mechanical, and civil-related maintenance works.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, health, and environmental requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.




Monitor maintenance expenses and support cost-effective maintenance practices.
Report maintenance activities, breakdowns, and work status to management.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/production setting.
Positive troubleshooting, coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
