Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related discipline.
Role Purpose
Lead maintenance engineering and reliability initiatives to maximize plant equipment availability, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop maintenance philosophy and reliability strategies.
Establish preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
Develop critical equipment and spare-parts strategies.
Conduct RCA, FMEA and failure analysis.
Review maintainability requirements during project engineering.
Support commissioning and maintenance handover.
Establish equipment reliability standards and maintenance KPIs.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance.
Optimize maintenance manpower, cost and spare inventory.
Implement reliability improvement and predictive maintenance initiatives.
Ensure statutory inspection and HSE requirements.
The ideal candidates should have:
15 - 25 years of total professional experience.
Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
