We are hiring a Lead Accountant with robust R2R/General Ledger experience and proven team management capabilities. The role will be responsible for managing accounting operations, driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day R2R activities including Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidation, Month-End Close and Fixed Assets.
Lead and manage the accounting team.
Monitor team performance and ensure delivery against SLAs.
Train and mentor team members on F&A; processes.
Identify and execute process simplification and transformation initiatives.
Maintain process documentation, knowledge repositories and version control.
Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Motivate team members to achieve performance objectives.
Implement and monitor process controls and quality assurance measures.
Identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions.




Manage delivery of GL services in accordance with agreed client requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 15 years of formal education.
CA/CPA/Qualified Accountant or Intermediate Accountant preferred/required.
Minimum 5 years of F&A; experience, including 2+ years of GL/R2R experience.
Strong people management and team leadership skills.
Good knowledge of F&A; processes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in process simplification/transformation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Robust communication skills with fluency in English.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
