We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for Chandigarh location.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage and supervise the maintenance operations across our outlets, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, utilities and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the complete maintenance team and allocate daily work.
Manage preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs across all outlets.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and other utilities.
Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and AMC service providers.
Monitor maintenance expenses, spare parts, tools and inventory.
Support new outlet setup, renovation and equipment installation.
Monitor team performance, attendance,



productivity and work quality.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Maintain maintenance records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, cafés or commercial facilities.
Solid technical, troubleshooting, leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable vendor coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
