We are seeking a Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach Executive who can identify the right businesses, connect with decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities using multiple outreach channels.

Responsibilities
Identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and Apollo.
Research founders, CEOs, marketing managers and other decision-makers.
Build targeted lead lists.
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and messages.
Run cold email campaigns alongside LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct WhatsApp follow-ups with relevant prospects.
Use AI tools to personalize messages and improve productivity.
Maintain prospect information and communication history.
Follow up with prospects according to defined schedules.




Understand prospect requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.
Track daily outreach and monthly performance.
Continuously improve outreach methods.

Desired Skills
1+ year experience in lead generation/outreach.
LinkedIn prospecting experience.
Apollo knowledge.
Cold email and WhatsApp outreach experience.
B2B prospect research.
AI tool familiarity.
Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.
