Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can identify relevant business prospects and generate qualified leads through Cold Email, WhatsApp, Apollo, LinkedIn and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B prospects.
Find decision-makers, business owners and relevant contacts.
Build targeted prospect databases.
Run personalized cold email campaigns.
Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
Use Apollo for prospect research and lead generation.
Use LinkedIn for business prospecting and outreach.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.
Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
Follow up with prospects systematically.




Qualify interested prospects and generate meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Track responses, meetings and conversions.
Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation/outreach.
Hands-on experience with cold email and WhatsApp outreach.
Working knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn.
Positive understanding of B2B prospecting.
Comfortable using AI tools.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
