Education: CA Inter Preferred / MBA Finance / M.Com

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
Banking Operations: Manage banking transactions, facilities, limits, reconciliations and bank coordination.
Statutory, Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with applicable laws, Acts, GST, TDS and regulatory requirements across group entities.
Internal Audit & Controls: Plan/conduct internal audits, identify financial/process gaps, strengthen internal controls and ensure corrective actions.




Working Capital & Cash Flow: Monitor liquidity, receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for effective financial planning.
Financial Analysis: Analyse P&L;, MIS and business performance and provide actionable insights.
Management Advisory & Capital Management: Advise management on financial planning, capital allocation and key financial decisions.
Lead a team of 2–4 members and ensure accurate accounting through Tally & MS Excel.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
