Key Responsibilities

Business Accounting & Reporting
Lead and oversee Business Accounting and Reporting processes across multiple entities.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Manage Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
Support management reporting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with BASF accounting policies, IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal controls.
Drive reporting standardization and harmonization across teams and regions.

Role & Responsibilites
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
1018 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, Costing, or Shared Services environments.
Robust experience in Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
Proven experience managing and developing teams of 10+ employees.
Solid stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Experience working in multinational organizations and global settings.responsibilities
