Detailed Responsibilities:

- Structure on-boarding training requirements, Pre Process, Process, customer Visits etc
n
- Imparts New Hire Training to trainees from a classroom-training standpoint and ensure maximum knowledge retention resulting in better throughput.
n
- Delivers Workflow Specific Modules pertaining to Adult videos, pornography, hate, violence, harmful & dangerous acts etc.
n
- Participates in Client Calibration and ensure the latest updates in each meeting are cascaded to respective teams
n
- Ensures that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the account
n
- Assists recent hires during OJT and GO-live
n
- Provides refresher and remedial training for existing employees
n
- Understands the role in making the world a safer place and builds a culture on similar lines during training period
n
- Maintains trainee data and information in a processed and structured manner
n
- Generates training reports from time to time and reports closure to manager
n
- Assists in administrative tasks including creation of trainee roster,



scheduling transport cabs etc.
n
- Coaches trainees on the floor and delivers feedback
n
- Takes ownership in improving trainee performance
n
- Analyses training needs for employees working for the account
n
- Responsible for account level Training metrics
n
- Responsible for adhering to training standardization guidelines defined by the BU Training Function
n

- Should be well versed with basic excel and PowerPoint skills

- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Should have strong decision-making skills

- Should have the ability to prioritize deliverable depending on the risk involved in delay

- Should have good stakeholder management skills

- Should be able to get things done with minimal guidance
n
- Candidates with experience in Flagged videos as a Process will be given preference
n
- Should have good time management skills
n
- Should have a flair to make the business succeed
n
- Should have qualified experience in Industry environment with excellent communication skills and a flair for training can also apply
n
- Ability to engage with the Client and run/lead workshops
n
- Excellent Facilitation and influencing skills
