Role: Internal Audit Manager

Location : One Lodha Place, Lower Parel & Lodha sites

Job Profile: Responsible for conducting internal audits and investigations to identify revenue leakages, cost-saving opportunities, financial risks, and control gaps.

The role involves project expenditure analysis, site and invoice verification, audit documentation, compliance reviews, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Identifying revenue leakages / savings during the performance of audits.'
Maintain of appropriate documentation to support coverage of areas, the conclusions drawn and issues reported.
Update audit program and process understanding document as per work done.
Organize / arrange for trainings and developmental activities for self and team.
Perform audit as per approved audit program and as per the guidelines / checklist and ad-hoc assignments as per instructions.
Take initiatives for department level activities.




Analyze of project expenditures to identify risk areas of revenue leakages of Investigation undertaken as per guidelines.
Review Auditing and Legal updates of Company Law, Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes.
Prepare accurate presentation of the facts of the data of the investigation undertaken.
Conduct Physical verification at the site and checking the invoices of Investigation undertaken as per guidelines.

Role Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in ITR and TDS filing.
Basic understanding of income tax assessments and notices.
Positive knowledge of tax compliance procedures and reconciliations. Solid MS Excel, analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to independently manage routine taxation activities.
Positive attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1st or 2nd attempt Minimum 2 4 years of relevant experience.
