Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in engineering management with at least 5 years of experience.
Solid leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Robust understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
