Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Lead Manager to manage incoming leads, ensure timely follow-ups, qualify prospects and coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and track all incoming leads through CRM/Excel.
Make timely calls and follow-ups with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings/calls between prospects and the sales/investment team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update lead status regularly.
Follow up with prospects until closure or final status.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling.
Prepare basic daily/weekly lead and conversion reports.
Re-engage old and pending leads.
Ensure no lead is missed or left without follow-up.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in lead management, telecalling,



sales coordination, customer relationship or financial services.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid organisational and coordination skills.
Confident and skilled communication with clients.
Experience in investment/wealth management, mutual funds, PMS, insurance or financial services will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Target-oriented and proactive.
Candidate willing to travel in another city/state.
Good at maintaining systematic follow-ups.
Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with CRM/lead management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
