What you'll do:

- Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through email, phone, live chat and social media
n




- Liaise efficiently with our team in Varanasi and work with our internal systems to process and fulfil orders

- Resolve any dispatch related issues or customer requests with patience
n
- Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience
