We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager Polymer Division to lead and expand our polymer business. The candidate must have strong expertise in polymer raw materials (EVA,POE,MLLDPE Masterbatches, etc.), along with a proven track record in B2B sales. This is a senior-level role requiring strong industry network, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently handle key accounts and drive revenue growth.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

• Drive sales for polymer products (EVA,POE,MLLDPE, etc.)
- Identify and develop new customers in plastic, packaging, injection molding, extrusion industries
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Expand market share in assigned territory

Key Account Management:
- Handle and grow key industrial clients
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts,



and commercial terms
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / MBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of polymer/raw material market
