Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate in any stream; B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in MIS, reporting, marketing or a similar role.
Experience in retail/jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain sales, target, customer and marketing data in Excel.
Collect data from all branches and check for accuracy.
Prepare branch-wise and employee-wise performance reports.
Maintain trackers and dashboards for management review.
Handle Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis.




Share reports with management within the required timeline.

Marketing Activities
Support the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities.
Coordinate with branches for promotional activities and campaigns.
Maintain records of marketing expenses, campaigns and results.
Assist in social media, Google reviews, WhatsApp promotions and other marketing activities.
Prepare marketing-related reports and campaign performance summaries.
Need to work in outdoor as and when required

Pay: ₹19,000.00 per month
