Position: Program-Manager

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Director Sales, Marketing & Program Management

Criteria: Diploma/B.E with 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Delivery of products for customer programs (New Projects)
- To plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
- To define the program scope, processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program.




- Daily management of programs through the life cycle of the program (Inception to 3 months after S.O.P.)
- To manage the program cost and timeline.
- To manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
- To coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects.
- To manage and use resources across the various programs.
- To manage stakeholders who are involved in the programs.
- To make sure deliverables are aligned across the programs.
