Job Title: Mechanical AIT Technician – Small Satellite

Location: Bengaluru / URSC & Other ISRO Centres

Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Relevant Mechanical Trade, First Class, minimum 65% or CGPA 6.85

Job Summary:

Support hands-on mechanical Assembly, Integration & Testing (AIT) activities of small satellites.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly and fitting activities.
Read and follow mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
Handle precision mechanical components carefully.
Support mechanical connectivity, alignment and levelling.
Assist in bonding and instrumentation preparation.
Support handling of tanks, plumbing and valves.
Use mechanical hand tools and inspection equipment.
Support mechanical QC and inspection activities.
Maintain assembly records and checklists.

Key Skills: ITI Fitter, Mechanical Assembly, Precision Fitting, Drawing Reading, Alignment, Inspection, QC, Aerospace, Satellite AIT.

Preferred: Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Engineering or Satellite Assembly.Role & responsibilities
