Role & responsibilities
Coordinating with external vendors for event collaterals, booth requirements, and logistics
Working closely with design agencies to ensure timely delivery of creatives
Supporting end-to-end event execution, including pre-event planning and in office coordination
Assisting in content development for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Managing marketing assets, documentation, and follow-ups
Providing support across digital campaigns, reporting, and lead management activities
Handling other ad-hoc marketing tasks to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects
