Role Overview

Looking for an organized and proactive qualified to handle marketing documentation, MIS, commercial support, and coordination between sales, accounts, plant operations, dispatch, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, PIs, orders, billing & dispatch documents.

Maintain client records, sales data, order trackers, and MIS reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Plant Operations, and clients.

Handle client communication, follow-ups, and query resolution.

Support tender documentation, meetings, MOMs, and management coordination.

Ensure accurate digital and physical documentation.

Required Skills

Solid communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & email.

Solid documentation and data-handling abilities.

Basic understanding of commercial processes.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.

Manufacturing/plant experience preferred.
