Agency Performance Marketing Manager

Location - Malad West Mumbai

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
Drive lead generation, conversions and overall campaign ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives and bidding strategies. - Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports. - Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages and campaigns. - Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. - Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS,



CTR and conversion rates. - Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform changes

Requirements - 3–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory. - Robust understanding of campaign analytics, optimization and conversion tracking. - Data-driven approach with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving performance targets. - Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will mbe preferred. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
