Mindful Official is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can independently plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and execute B2B & B2C marketing campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, email and WhatsApp marketing.
Develop campaigns for lead generation, customer reactivation and product launches.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
Identify current channels, trends and growth opportunities rather than relying only on existing activities.
Work with designers/content resources to take campaigns from idea to execution.
Use AI tools for research, ideation, content and marketing workflows.

What we're looking for
3–6 years of hands-on digital/growth marketing experience.




Solid campaign conceptualisation and commercial thinking.
Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring daily task allocation.
Excellent written and spoken English.
B2B marketing experience preferred; D2C/B2C experience is an advantage.
Someone who is resourceful, curious and execution-driven — not just a social media/content manager

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
