Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for real-estate projects.
Generate leads through digital, social media, and offline marketing.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns and property advertisements.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales.
Conduct market research and identify recent business prospects.
Manage marketing activities, budgets, and campaign performance.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma.
1–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Target-oriented with good team-management skills.

Location: Chennai Work Mode: Office + Field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
