Knowledge in Advance Excel- MIS Report (VLookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas, Report, etc) N
Collate the data from respective stake holders and preparing report in MS Excel. N
Liaising with Institution. N
Familiar with CRM systems and practices. N
Ensure adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times. N
Monitor the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. N




Achieve and maintain anaverage response time for student queries N
Monitor the number of issues escalated to higher levels. N
Identify and address potential issues before escalation. N
Analysing the data regularly to provide information required by the respective Head of Departments. N
Maintain and Provide metrics for reporting to the respective stakeholders. N
Manage Programs and maintain timelines in sending the verification list, release of offer letters. N
Learn, understand, and assess existing academic operations processes across various Institutes and provide support and improvements. N
