About the Role

We are looking for an Online Sales Executive who has hands-on experience in outbound calling, telesales, and product sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, pitching products/services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, target-driven, and experienced in B2C/product sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
Pitch and explain products/services effectively over calls.
Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
Follow up with leads through calls and online channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Identify new customer segments and opportunities for online sales.
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and revenue.





What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, online sales, or product sales.
Solid experience in outbound calling and B2C sales.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate with customers.
Experience selling products/services over phone or digital channels will be preferred.
Candidates from D2C brands, e-commerce, edtech/online course companies, fintech, FMCG, retail, or similar sales-driven industries can be considered.

Important: This is primarily an outbound sales role. Inbound sales/customer support experience alone will not be considered sufficient. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
