We are looking for a Senior Pricing Executive Aviation with 3-5 years of experience in logistics pricing, freight forwarding, or aviation logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating freight rates, managing global logistics vendors, optimizing transportation costs, and supporting time-critical aircraft parts shipments while ensuring compliance with aviation logistics standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard freight forwarders and logistics vendors across global regions.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with airlines, freight forwarders, and courier partners.
- Maintain and update freight rate cards for logistics partners.
- Analyze freight options and recommend cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Monitor vendor performance based on pricing, service quality, and transit times.
- Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and other time-critical aircraft parts shipments.
- Prepare freight cost analysis, pricing comparisons, and cost optimization reports.
- Ensure vendor compliance with DG regulations and aviation logistics standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global logistics partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) Regulations
- Experience in Aviation or Aircraft Parts Logistics
