Roles and Responsibilities :
Handling the escalations of the team
Training the new joiners
Maintaining the tracker
Coordinating with Head for client servicing standards
Work closely with TLs and RMs and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
Monitor and regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
Help the Relationship Managers build a robust rapport with the clients
Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and to learn the changing mindset of the clients
Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society, help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories.
- 9-15 years of experience in inside sales or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Kannada language is required for this role.
