Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
n
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
n
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
n
- Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality
n
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
n
- Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
n
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
n
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
n
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
n

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month
n
- Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week
n
