Order Management | Supply Chain | Logistics | Q2C | S2F

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment.
n
- Handle customer orders, order booking, and billing-related queries.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth order processing.
n
- Work on SAP; experience with SAP ByD is preferred.
n
- Knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow) will be an added advantage.
n
- Use MS Office, especially Excel, for day-to-day operations and reporting.




n
- Act as a Process SME, providing process guidance and resolving team queries.
n
- Identify training needs and conduct process training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
n
- Create and maintain training manuals and process documentation.
n

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and from office all days.

- Shipping industry experience will be an added advantage.
