Job Summary
70% client telecalling and 30% backend operations work.
Make incoming and outgoing calls to clients.
Understand client requirements and resolve queries.
Follow up with clients for pending requirements and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Handle data entry, documentation, and backend activities.
Maintain client records and operational reports.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates to the concerned team.
Perform other operational tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:*
Positive communication and telecalling skills.
Customer-focused and confident approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage work efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
