Job Summary

Layots Technologies is looking for a skilled Network & Support Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for network implementation, troubleshooting, infrastructure support, server administration, and customer support.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in networking, firewalls, Windows/Linux settings, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks.
Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Install, configure, and manage network firewalls.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.




Provide L1/L2 technical support for network and infrastructure-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, and switching issues.
Support Windows and Linux servers.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic server administration.
Provide support for VMware / Hyper-V environments.
Assist with server, storage, backup, and infrastructure deployments.
Handle customer technical issues and escalations.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform onsite/remote troubleshooting and technical support.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and service reports.
