Posting Description
To support Oracle customers, we are seeking a Senior Advanced Services Engineer with practical Oracle SaaS and Oracle Fusion Middleware experience.
The successful candidate will deliver and support integrations, technical configurations, reporting and operational services across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Oracle Integration, and related middleware platforms.
The candidate should combine functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM processes with hands-on ability in OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI/HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, WebLogic, SOA Suite, Service Bus, MFT, and OCI.
They should be comfortable investigating production issues across application, integration, identity, database, network, and platform layers.
The role works closely with customer business and IT teams, architects, Oracle support, and delivery colleagues.
Robust communication, structured troubleshooting, ownership, and the ability to turn requirements into tested solutions are essential
