Required Qualifications
6+ to 9 years of experience in IT operations, endpoint management, or Nexthink administration.
Hands-on experience with Nexthink modules such as Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Remote Actions, Alerts, and Application Experience.
Proficiency in Nexthink Query Language (NQL).
Robust scripting skills in PowerShell; Python or Bash is a plus.
Positive understanding of Windows and/or macOS endpoint environments and performance metrics.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Nexthink Administrator certification or related Nexthink certifications.
Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, Jamf, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystem tools.
Experience with automation and workflow orchestration.
Exposure to digital employee experience reporting and analytics.

Nice-to-Have Platform Exposure





Experience with Nexthink Infinity capabilities such as Workplace Experience, VDI Experience, Mobile Experience, Collaboration Experience, Flow, Adopt, AI Drive, or Experience Central is beneficial.
