Experience: Relevant experience in Supply Chain / Order Management / Claims / Customer Operations

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain – CT & EPOQ
Handle requests and cases from Stores, Customer Care & stakeholders via email.
Process Sales Orders, cancellations, POs, inventory and stock movements .
Coordinate with Suppliers, Warehouses, Hubs, Stores, Logistics & Customer Care .
Track supplier orders, production dates, ETA and resolve PO/order exceptions.
Support inbound/outbound supply chain, inventory management and order fulfillment .
Handle cross-docking, warehouse inventory and return-to-store activities.
Ensure TAT, quality and KPI targets are met.
Investigate and resolve system/order exceptions.





After Sales Claim Administration
Process claims/tickets, refunds and damaged-product cases .
Coordinate with suppliers for claim resolution and credit notes.
Handle Credit Notes, Debit Notes and Manual RFCs .
Match RFCs with credit notes and support refund processing.
Investigate discrepancies and follow up with suppliers/stakeholders.

Mandatory / Preferred Skills
Experience in Supply Chain / Order Management / Claims / Customer Operations
Valuable understanding of Sales Orders, PO, Inventory & Fulfillment
SAP experience preferred
Valuable MS Excel & Word skills
Strong written and verbal English communication
Ability to work with deadlines and meet TAT/KPIs
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills
