Operations Executive (Driver Compliance & Fleet Operations)

Role Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for driving operational compliance through regular field engagement with drivers and transport partners.
The role is focused on improving driver adherence to operational processes, increasing technology adoption, ensuring every trip is initiated through the company application, and conducting periodic vehicle inspections to maintain fleet readiness and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to vendor hubs and driver locations.
Train drivers on company SOPs and driver application usage.
Ensure 100% trip initiation through the driver app before vehicle movement.
Provide on-ground support for basic operational and app-related issues.
Monitor driver compliance and identify recurring challenges.
Coordinate with City Operations and transport partners for issue resolution.
Conduct periodic vehicle inspections for:
Cleanliness & food-grade compliance
Branding
Vehicle documentation
Reefer functionality
Overall operational readiness
Document inspection findings and ensure timely closure of non-compliances.
Maintain accurate records of field visits,



driver interactions, compliance, and inspections.
Drive improved operational discipline and compliance across the assigned city.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder
Experience: 13 years in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet, or Field Operations
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Android-based applications
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred

Working Conditions
Field-intensive role with daily travel across the assigned city.
6-day work week.
Working hours may vary based on operational requirements.
