Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day account operations.

Assist customers with their queries and service requests.

Process transactions accurately and on time.

Support loan processing and documentation.

Handle deposit operations and renewals.

Maintain customer records and documents.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for pending cases and issue resolution.





Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Follow up on renewals and other operational activities.

Required Skills

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of banking/financial operations.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Valuable attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Positive coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate.
