Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent lending, financial, and strategic partners to drive business growth.
n
- Build and manage strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, merchants, and ecosystem partners.
n
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiations to contracting, onboarding, integration, and launch.
n
- Define partnership models, commercials, pricing, and business terms aligned with organizational objectives.
n
- Drive business volumes, revenue, customer acquisition, and partner-led growth through scalable strategies.
n
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.
n
- Translate business requirements into product and technology solutions, including API integrations, digital onboarding, BRE, and related capabilities.
n
- Lead commercial and legal negotiations and drive agreements to closure.
n
- Develop joint marketing, promotional, offers, and customer acquisition initiatives with partners.
n
- Track and analyse conversion, volumes,



revenue, partner KPIs, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
n
- Own BAU partner management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and operational excellence.
n
- Develop strategies to scale existing partnerships, improve partner productivity, and maximize business volumes.
n
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and drive corrective actions based on performance gaps.
n
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and expand the partnership portfolio.
n
- Ensure timely execution of partner initiatives, campaigns, integrations, and end-to-end fulfilment.
n
- Stay updated on fintech, lending, competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging partnership opportunities.
