nAbout the Rolen
n
nWe're looking for a Reddit Associate to own and scale our Reddit engagement operations across multiple client accounts. You'll be responsible for building genuine presence in developer and tech communities, driving brand visibility for our clients without triggering spam filters or damaging community trust. This is a hands-on execution role that blends community management, copywriting, and light technical operations. It's a excellent fit for someone early in their career who wants real ownership from day one.n

nWhat You'll Don
n
nManage and grow a portfolio of Reddit accounts across multiple client campaigns, writing natural, non-promotional comments that add real value to threadsn
nResearch relevant subreddits for each client and identify high-intent threads where mentioning the product is contextually appropriaten
nMaintain account health: warmup protocols, posting cadence, karma building, and staying compliant with subreddit and platform-wide rules (including Rule 8 enforcement)n
nManage account infrastructure: aged accounts, proxy setup, and browser profile isolation to keep accounts safe and undetectedn
nTrack engagement performance and share of voice across client campaigns,



flagging what's working and what needs adjustingn
nCollaborate with the content and growth team to align Reddit activity with broader GEO/AEO and content strategyn
nStay on top of subreddit culture, moderator behavior, and platform policy changes that could affect campaignsn
nHandle account recovery, bans, and shadowban troubleshooting as they come upn

nWhat We're Looking Forn

n0-1 years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or growth marketing (Reddit-specific experience is a strong plus, internships count)n
nGenuine familiarity with Reddit as a platform: you understand what reads as authentic versus promotional, and you can tell which subreddits will tolerate brand mentions and which won'tn
nStrong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different communities and personasn
nComfort with repetitive, detail-oriented operational work (account setup, proxy management, tracking spreadsheets)n
nInterest in or exposure to developer tools, SaaS, or technical products is a plusn
nDiscretion and good judgment: this role touches account infrastructure and requires care to avoid burning accounts or violating platform policyn
