Role Overview: Responsible for managing seed processing operations, ensuring quality compliance, SAP-based order management, and smooth coordination between warehouse and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Seed Processing: Oversee conditioning, packing, and handling of seeds.
Order Scheduling: Prioritize and monitor process orders in line with daily targets.
SAP ERP: Post confirmations, manage GI/GR transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to QMS guidelines, equipment cleanliness, and documentation.
Team Training: Conduct functional training for contract workforce to enhance skills.
Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices for efficiency.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with warehouse, schedulers, and leadership to meet customer expectations.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Agriculture.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or seed operations.
Solid knowledge of SAP ERP (PP/MM/QM), seed processing, and compliance.
Team-oriented, problem-solving mindset with ability to lead improvements.
