We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – R2R to lead Finance &
Accounting operations and manage process delivery across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong R2R experience, extensive BPO/third-party vendor exposure, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of leading large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise Process Leads, Team Leads and Supervisors.
Drive end-to-end R2R/Finance &
Accounting operations.
Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
Work closely with delivery center and technology teams to ensure recruitment, center readiness and technology connectivity.
Manage client expectations and act as a senior point of contact.
Build solid relationships with stakeholders across organizational units.
Define team goals, performance parameters and operational targets.
Coach and guide teams to achieve performance objectives.
Track and monitor transition progress across processes and geographies.
Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and transformation.




Drive problem resolution and continuous improvement.
Monitor operational risks, controls and quality metrics.
Ensure effective governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills &
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
CA/CPA/Qualified Accountant preferred.
8–11 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of R2R experience.
Minimum 3 years of BPO/third-party vendor experience.
Robust people management and leadership skills.
Strong functional/domain knowledge of Finance &
Accounting processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in process simplification and transformation.
Solid client/stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English communication skills.

SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
Coupa
MS Excel, reporting and performance-management tools.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
