Role Description As an Omni Sport Advisor (Outdoor Sports) based on-site in Chennai, you will support customers in discovering and choosing outdoor sports products that best fit their needs and goals. You will provide informed advice on equipment and apparel, demonstrate product features, and offer basic guidance on secure and effective use for various outdoor sports. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage merchandising and stock levels,



ensure an engaging and well-organized store layout, and contribute to in-store events or sport workshops.

You will collaborate with teammates to maintain high standards of customer service, follow operational processes, and share feedback on products and customer preferences. This is a full time role that involves active presence on the shop floor, regular interaction with customers, and participation in outdoor sports activities when required.

Qualifications
Background in Sports Management and Physical Education with an understanding of outdoor sports.
Strong Communication skills to engage customers, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with teammates.
Passion for outdoor sports and an active lifestyle, with willingness to continuously learn about products and trends.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to create inclusive, welcoming experiences for people of all ages and abilities.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Previous Experience in retail, sports coaching instruction is an advantage.
