Job DescriptionAbout the Role – Implementation Specialist
NAs an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products. N
Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment. N
Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams. N
Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support. N
Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes. N
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams. N
Track project timelines, documentation, risks,



and client issues. N
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. N
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. N
Visit client locations as required. N

Robust client-facing and communication skills. N
Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation. N
Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation. N
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. N
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively. N
Customer-focused approach with robust ownership and execution skills. N
Willingness to travel as required. N
