Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate inventory.
Check expiry dates regularly and ensure timely disposal of expired medicines.
Coordinate procurement and stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and licenses.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Maintain accurate dispensing records.
Prepare daily, monthly,



and annual pharmacy reports.
Record narcotic and controlled drug transactions as per regulations.
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Resolve medication-related queries from clinical departments.
Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines.
Follow hospital infection control and patient safety protocols.
Report medication errors and adverse drug reactions promptly.
